Joe Vella

Inhaber der Gastprofessur ist seit 2008 Joe Vella. Es ist Fellow der RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), Member of The Appraisal Institute (MAI) und Counselor of Real Estate (CRE).

Mehrere Jahre war er Chairmen of the IVSC International Valuation Standards Committee.

Joe Vella hält Vorlesungen im Kontaktstudium Immobilienökonomie, im Studiengang zum Master of Science in Real Estate und zum Executive MBA Real Estate.

Cushman & Wakefield finanziert die Gastprofessur für Immobilienbewertung (Real Estate Appraisal).
